1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between babdjee ("the Platform", "we", "us") and any individual ("the Player", "you") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided by babdjee, including online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, slot machines, crash games, and all related features and promotional offers.

By completing the registration process on babdjee — or by placing any bet, making any deposit, or otherwise using the Platform after these Terms have been published — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

babdjee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to players. The most current version of the Terms is always the version displayed on this page. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

These Terms are written in English and the English version shall be the authoritative version in all circumstances. Any translation provided for convenience does not affect the primacy of the English text.

1.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with babdjee's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and babdjee regarding your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements — whether written or oral — between the parties.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal by a competent authority, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be amended to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of babdjee is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. babdjee is an adult-only platform. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual acting on your own behalf — not as a professional or commercial entity engaging in arbitrage, syndicate betting, or algorithmic wagering.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed through babdjee or any other responsible gaming programme.
• Your use of the Platform does not violate any law applicable to you personally in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You have not previously had an account on babdjee terminated for breach of these Terms.

2.1 Age Verification

babdjee may request identity and age verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, when a promotional claim is made, or on a random compliance basis. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority.

Failure to provide satisfactory age and identity documentation within the timeframe specified in our request will result in the account being suspended until verification is complete. Any withdrawals requested during a verification hold will be paused until the process concludes.

2.2 Underage Players

If babdjee determines — at any time — that a registered account belongs to a person under 18 years of age, the account will be closed immediately. Any deposits made will be returned to the source payment method after fraud checks are completed. Any winnings generated during the period of underage use are forfeited in their entirety. babdjee reports confirmed instances of underage access to relevant compliance authorities.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access real-money games, sports betting markets, and promotions on babdjee, you must register a player account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. babdjee operates a strict one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address policy.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you must provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile number (used as your primary contact and for bKash/Nagad payment verification), and a valid email address. You must also create a secure password for your account. All information provided must be truthful and must match the identity documents you would supply during a verification request.

3.2 Duplicate Accounts

Each individual may hold only one active babdjee account. If you inadvertently create a second account — for example, because you have forgotten your login credentials — you must contact support immediately to have the duplicate account closed. babdjee will determine, at its sole discretion, which account is treated as the primary account. Any balances or bonuses held in a duplicate account may be forfeited.

Deliberate creation of multiple accounts to circumvent deposit limits, exploit welcome bonuses more than once, or evade a self-exclusion decision is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your babdjee username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. babdjee will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel — if you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and contact support immediately.

You must notify babdjee support without delay if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person. babdjee will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the account pending resolution. However, babdjee accepts no liability for losses that result from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.4 Account Information Updates

You are responsible for keeping your registered account information up to date. If your mobile number, email address, or residential address changes, you must update your account details promptly. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may delay withdrawals, support responses, or verification requests.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

babdjee processes all player transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) via mobile financial services and bank transfer channels that are widely used across Bangladesh. We do not charge players any platform fee on deposits or withdrawals.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted for both deposits and withdrawals on babdjee:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfers: City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank

babdjee reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice. The current list of available methods is always displayed on the Deposit and Withdrawal pages within your account.

4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit on babdjee is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by babdjee, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction caps. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your babdjee balance within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes depending on the sending bank's processing schedule.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account belongs to a different person — are not accepted. Any deposit from a third-party source will be returned to the sender and may trigger an account review.

4.3 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including Bangladesh public holidays. Standard processing times are as follows:

• bKash and Nagad: 15 minutes to 2 hours from approval
• Rocket: 30 minutes to 3 hours from approval
• Bank Transfer: 1 to 4 hours from approval (subject to banking hours)

Before processing your first withdrawal, babdjee may require you to complete identity verification. Withdrawals will only be paid to payment accounts that match the name on your babdjee player account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.4 Transaction Integrity

All deposit and withdrawal transactions on babdjee are processed over encrypted connections. Transaction records are retained securely and are available within your account history. If you identify a discrepancy in your transaction history, contact support within 30 days of the transaction date so that the matter can be investigated.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

babdjee offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cricket betting special offers. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds awarded on babdjee are subject to a wagering requirement before they — and any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion description. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period without compensation.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise. Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus on a second or duplicate account constitute a breach of these Terms.

5.3 Game Contribution Rates

Different game types may contribute at different rates towards clearing wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute at a higher rate than live casino games or sports betting. 5.4 Bonus Abuse

babdjee actively monitors player accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements (so-called "hedging"), exploiting mathematical errors or technical glitches, using automated betting software, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, babdjee reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the account.

5.5 Changes to Promotions

babdjee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a promotion before the modification date will be subject to the terms that were in place at the time of the claim, except where the modification is required for legal or regulatory compliance purposes.

6. Player Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on babdjee, you agree to use the Platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and/or forfeiture of balances:

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent stage
• Registering more than one account on babdjee
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions in any game or system for financial gain
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software provided by babdjee or its game providers
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games, or any other multiplayer format
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or using babdjee for money laundering purposes
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic access controls or to create the false impression that you are accessing from a different location
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your babdjee account to any other individual
• Using offensive, abusive, or threatening language in any communication with babdjee support staff

6.2 Responsible Use

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the money you deposit and wager. babdjee provides responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion — to help you manage your gambling activity. 7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by babdjee

babdjee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include, but are not limited to: breach of any provision of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, chargebacks or payment disputes filed against babdjee, failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe, and evidence of bonus abuse.

Where an account is closed by babdjee for a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including real-money funds, bonus funds, and pending withdrawals — may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. babdjee will communicate the reason for account closure via the registered email address.

7.2 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your babdjee account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests submitted for responsible gaming reasons (i.e., self-exclusion) are processed immediately without any cooling-off period or attempt to persuade the player to continue. Standard account closure requests (i.e., where the player simply no longer wishes to use the Platform) are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your last-used payment method after completion of any outstanding compliance checks.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. babdjee will attempt to contact the registered player by email before applying a dormancy administration fee to the account balance. The dormancy fee, where applicable, will not exceed the account balance. Players who wish to reactivate a dormant account should contact support — reactivation is free of charge and subject only to standard re-verification procedures.

8. Limitation of Liability

babdjee provides its Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the Platform operates reliably and that games function correctly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation at all times.

8.1 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system failure, or communication error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, babdjee reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return stakes to the player. babdjee will not pay out winnings that result from a malfunction, regardless of whether the malfunction favoured the player or the house. Game providers' malfunction policies apply to their respective titles.

8.2 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, babdjee's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single claim — or series of related claims — shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. babdjee shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including loss of profits or loss of opportunity, whether or not babdjee was advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.3 Third-Party Content

Games provided on babdjee are supplied by third-party game studios including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. babdjee does not control the underlying software of these games and accepts no liability for errors or malfunctions originating from a game provider's software. In such cases, the game provider's own terms and policies govern.
